Mission:
The Jefferson Parent Council (JPC) helps provide supplemental funding for curriculum/education and art enrichment needs for the students of Jefferson Elementary. Supportive parents make our school unique and successful.
What we fund:
- ALL field trips for students
- New books for our library
- Supplemental curriculum supplies for classrooms (non-fiction readers, art supplies)
- Art & Culture Residencies (guests) that work with our students throughout the year
- Computers for students
- Playground equipment and beautification of grounds

Meetings:
The JPC meets the every month. The meetings are open to any parent/guardian of a Jefferson student. Principal Lona Carter also attends.
