PowerSchool App Troubleshooting

The recent PowerSchool upgrade changed the address for PowerSchool for parents and students.

This change also caused the PowerSchool app, which many students and parents use to check grades,
attendance, etc., to become disconnected.

Follow these steps to sign out and reconnect the app:

  • Step 1: Click the 3 dots for “More” at the bottom right of the dashboard view.
  • Step 2: Click on “Account” in the screen that opens.
  • Step 3: Click on “Sign Out.”
  • Step 4: Sign in to the app using your email as the username and your existing password. If you need your password reset, please contact the office of the school your student attends.

Note: If this process does not correct the problem, please try uninstalling/reinstalling the app on your mobile device. When you are connecting the app for the first time, you may be prompted for the District Code, which is shown below.
